Yes, we are required to sign all tax returns which we prepare for our clients. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate information and to verify the accuracy in the completed return. We apply our knowledge of the tax code and forms to enter the information where it belongs, but it is ultimately your responsibility to verify the completed returns.

We are currently in the process of reinstating our expired CPA firm license in Colorado. While reinstatement is pending, we are NOT allowed to hold out as a CPA firm.
